As this newand exciting sport of ours continues to develop at a fast pace, we decided to shift into the new gear. We can well see theearly take-off benefits of the very long and narrow Downwind SUP foil boards. While the take-offs are instant, for true Wingfoiling the fun is compromised right after the take-off. The boards are too long which makes pumping more difficult andtoo narrow for comfortable foot switches. That is why we developed the full line of narrower and longer, but dedicated wing
boards, R-Wingers.
Everything about this range is focused on generating ground speed for quick take-offs and even quicker touchdown recovery.
These features of the R-Winger define what a modern race wing board, or a
light wind board needs to be. Whether it is full on world-tour racing, blasting
by your stunned windsurfing and kitesurfing buddies, or just enjoying the
cruise in the lightest wind possible the R-Winger has you covered!

MULTIPLE FOOTSTRAP POSITIONS

The footstrap options offered, cover everything from V-shape, centred and off-centred positions. Ride the board in your preferred stance.

LONG US TRACK BOXES

The strength of the track boxes is second to none – full deck to bottom PU blocks with multiple reinforcements covering our signature long US tracks for superior leverage to any forces a foil can throw at it.

HANDLE

The handle at the bottom of the board supports easy carrying of your equipment

FOIL SCALE

The US Long Track boxes allow different foil positions based on the rider’s skills. To remember your individual foil setting, just use the scale printed on the board.

TAIL KICK PAD

Supporting and guiding the foot in the perfect position when riding strapless. It helps to reduce the wetted surface for easy take-off and carefree tight turns.

PULLED-IN NOSE

The nose deck shape is highly aerodynamic, minimizing drag even in strong winds.

LARGE TAIL CUT-OUTS

The reduced tail area makes pumping easier and accelerates take-off by minimizing drag.

SLIGHTLY RAISED TAIL ROCKER

The raised tail rocker makes it possible to push harder on the foil for a better upwind angle and faster top speed

CONCAVE DECK SHAPE

The concave shape in the standing area provides a more direct feeling and enhances control in the air.
